At TrustyBull, we strive to provide the highest quality services to our users. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase:
- No Refunds: Once a payment is made for any of our services, it is non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to setup fees, subscription fees, profit-sharing fees, and any other charges associated with our services.
- Service Usage: By making a payment and using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our refund policy. You agree that you will not initiate any chargebacks or dispute the charges with your bank or credit card company.
- Service Issues: If you encounter any issues or have concerns about our services, please contact our support team at support@trustybull.com. We will do our best to address and resolve any issues promptly.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases where a refund may be warranted, such as duplicate payments or technical errors on our part, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refund issued will be at the sole discretion of TrustyBull. In such scenario, refund will be procecced within 15 working days.
- Changes to Refund Policy: TrustyBull reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed of any changes.
