- Coins are not refundable. Once you have bought them, they are yours to spend and cannot be turned back into money.
- Coins you have not spent never expire while your account exists.
- Stop an agent any morning and you stop paying from the next morning. There is no notice period and nothing is owed.
- If we take money and give you nothing because something broke on our side, tell us and we will put it right.
1Coins
Coins are prepaid access, not a deposit. They are credited immediately on payment and are not refundable, transferable or exchangeable for money. This is stated before every purchase.
2Daily agents
Agents charged by the day are debited each calendar morning, weekends and holidays included, because they continue to hold your rules and your levels on days the market is shut. Pausing takes effect from the next morning. Part days are not refunded.
3One-off purchases
A price level, a stock research window and a course are charged once. They are not refunded if the level never triggers, if the research window passes unread, or if you change your mind after opening a course.
4When we will put it right
If coins were taken and the work was not delivered because of a fault on our side, tell us through the message board and we will credit the coins back. Send it within 30 days so we can still see what happened.
5Payment problems
If money left your account and coins did not arrive, that is a payment issue, not a refund issue. Send us the Razorpay reference and we will trace it.
6Deleting your account
Unused coins are not refunded when an account is deleted. If you only want to stop paying, pause your agents instead and keep your records.
