- You pay in coins. One coin is one rupee. You buy them when you want them — there is no subscription.
- Some agents charge every calendar morning, weekends included. You can stop any of them any day, and nothing is owed after that.
- We tell you what the market is doing. You decide what to do about it. We never place a trade and we never hold your money or your shares.
- Be honest with us and we will be honest with you. That is most of it.
1Who we are
TrustyBull is operated by Bonafide Consultancy Private Limited. When this page says we or us, that is who it means. When it says you, it means the person using the service.
2What the service is
TrustyBull provides software that reads publicly available market data and presents it. 7 automated agents produce that output. They are software, not people, and not registered advisers.
We do not execute trades, hold client funds, hold securities, or act as a broker.
3Coins and payment
Access is bought with coins. One coin has a nominal value of one rupee. Coins are bought through Razorpay in one-time payments. Coins have no value outside this service, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money.
Some agents are charged a daily amount, debited every calendar morning at 06:00 IST including weekends and market holidays. Others are charged once per unit of work. Prices are shown before you buy and may change with notice.
4Your account
One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under it. Sign-in is by Google or by an emailed code; there is no password.
5What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute or republish anything the service produces
- Scrape or automate access outside the interface we provide
- Create multiple accounts to obtain sign-up credit more than once
6Availability
We aim to keep the service running whenever the market is open, but we do not guarantee it. Market data comes from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
7Ending it
You may stop any agent, or delete your account, at any time. Deleting removes your data permanently. Unused coins are not refunded — see Refunds.
